Each Bearing is carefully designed as per project requirements, to provide optimal performance at the lowest cost. Vital Bearing characters are provided for each KMP bearing for pre-operative analysis. Our thoughtful designs also ensure easy assembly & maintenance for all our bearings. Illustrative Assembly/Disassembly procedures and tutorials can be provided for each KMP designed bearing.
TRIBOLOGY
The lubrication systems in all KMP bearings are carefully considered to minimize Power Loss while providing operational reliability.
Each bearing can be designed for flooded lubrication, or for directed lubrication with controlled oil pressure ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 bar, depending on the grade of oil, application and operating conditions.
